General

What is Trigglio?
Three tools in one product: an AI agent that answers customer questions from your content, conversational forms that capture details without losing people, and shareable Minds (AI personas trained on your expertise). Most companies need three separate vendors for this. You need one.
What if the AI says something wrong?
It can't. Trigglio's AI only has access to YOUR content — your docs, website, and uploaded files. No internet access, no guessing. If it doesn't know the answer, it says so and suggests contacting you.
How is this different from other chatbots?
Other chatbots are standalone tools. Trigglio's AI agent comes with conversational forms and Minds in the same product. Your chatbot handles support, your forms capture leads, and your Mind shares your expertise — all from one dashboard, one subscription.
Do I need technical skills to use Trigglio?
No. Upload your docs, customize your chatbot's appearance, and paste one embed code on your website. If you can paste text, you can set up Trigglio.
How long does setup take?
About 20 minutes. Upload your content, customize your chatbot, and embed it on your site. Your AI starts answering questions immediately.

AI Agents

What content can I train the AI on?
Website URLs (we crawl your pages), PDF documents, text files, and manual entries. You can add as much content as your plan allows.
How accurate are the AI responses?
Extremely accurate for your content. The AI uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to find relevant content from your uploads and generate answers. It only uses YOUR content — never makes things up.
What happens when the AI can't answer a question?
It tells the visitor it doesn't have that information and suggests contacting you directly. You can also set up Discord escalation to route unanswered questions to your team with full conversation context.
Can I customize the chatbot's personality?
Yes. You can set the tone (professional, friendly, casual), add custom instructions, configure the greeting message, and customize the visual appearance to match your brand.
Does the AI auto-refresh when my content changes?
Yes, on paid plans. Pro refreshes monthly, Business bi-weekly, and Scale weekly. You can also manually re-sync any time.

Forms

What are conversational forms?
Instead of showing all questions at once, conversational forms present one question at a time — like a chat. This feels more natural and typically doubles completion rates compared to traditional forms.
Can AI generate forms for me?
Yes. Describe what you need in plain English (e.g., 'a lead qualification form for a real estate agency') and Trigglio's AI builds the form for you — questions, logic, and all.
Do forms support conditional logic?
Yes. Show or skip questions based on previous answers. For example, only ask about budget if they selected 'enterprise' as their company size.
Can I collect file uploads through forms?
Yes. Visitors can upload files (images, PDFs, documents) as part of their form submission. File size limits depend on your plan.
What happens with partial submissions?
On Pro plans and above, Trigglio captures partial form submissions. If someone abandons a form halfway through, you still get the answers they provided.

Minds (Digital AI Personas)

What are Minds?
Minds are shareable AI personas trained on your content — courses, podcasts, books, docs. They get a public URL anyone can chat with. Think of it like Delphi.ai, but included in your Trigglio plan.
How are Minds different from the AI chatbot?
The AI chatbot is embedded on your website for visitor support. Minds are standalone AI personas with their own public profile and URL. Think of the chatbot as private support and Minds as a public-facing AI version of your expertise.
Can I embed a Mind on my website?
Yes. Minds can be embedded on any page with a simple code snippet, or shared as a standalone link.
What content can I add to a Mind?
Website URLs, PDFs, text documents, YouTube videos, and manual entries. Minds support the same content types as your AI chatbot.

Pricing & Billing

Is there really a free tier?
Yes. 50 AI conversations/month, 100 form responses/month, and 1 Mind with 25 conversations. No trial period, no credit card required. Actually free, forever.
What counts as a 'conversation'?
A conversation is a single chat session between a visitor and your AI agent. It can include multiple messages back and forth. One visitor chatting = one conversation, regardless of message count.
Are there per-message or per-resolution fees?
No. You pay a flat monthly rate and know exactly what your bill will be. When your product goes viral, Intercom's bill doubles ($0.99/resolution). Trigglio stays flat.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No annual contracts required.
Do you offer annual billing?
Monthly billing is available on all plans. Contact us for annual billing discounts.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use PostgreSQL with row-level security. Your content is never shared between accounts or used to train AI models.
Where is data stored?
Data is stored on secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. Contact us for specific data residency requirements.
Can visitors see other visitors' conversations?
No. Each conversation is private and isolated. Visitors can only see their own chat history during their session.
Do you comply with GDPR?
We take data privacy seriously and follow GDPR principles including data minimization, user consent, and the right to deletion. Contact us for our Data Processing Agreement.

Integrations

What integrations are available?
Website embed (any site), Discord (conversation escalation), Cal.com (calendar booking), Zapier beta workflows, webhooks, and a REST API for custom integrations.
How does Discord escalation work?
When your AI can't answer a question or a visitor requests human help, the conversation is forwarded to your Discord channel with full context — the question, conversation history, and any collected contact info.
Can I connect to my CRM?
Yes, via Zapier or webhooks. Connect form submissions and conversations to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or any CRM that supports Zapier or webhook integrations.
Is there an API?
Yes. Business and Scale plans include full API access for programmatic integration. Build custom workflows, sync data, or create your own integrations.
