What is Trigglio?
Trigglio is a website chat box for local businesses. It answers customer questions from the information you approve, asks for job details like name, phone, service, timing, and location, then gives your team a better call to make.
What if it does not know the answer?
It says so and points the customer back to your team. Trigglio only answers from your website, docs, and the business details you add. It does not browse the internet or make up prices, hours, or policies.
How is this different from a normal website chat?
Most chat boxes either wait for you to reply or send every customer to the same form. Trigglio answers the easy questions right away and asks for the details your team needs before you call back.
Do I need technical skills to use Trigglio?
No. Add your website, business details, and common answers. Then place the chat box on your site. If you can paste text into your website builder, you can set up Trigglio.

Most small teams can get the first version live in about 20 minutes. You can improve answers and add new details any time.

How does it keep answers accurate?
It looks for the answer in the business details you gave it. If the answer is not there, it does not guess. That keeps customers from getting made-up prices, hours, or policies.

Can Trigglio make the questions for me?
Yes. Tell it what kind of business you run and what your team needs before calling back. It can create a first set of questions for quote requests, bookings, consultations, and contact requests.
Can it ask different questions for different jobs?
Yes. A cleaning request can ask about bedrooms and bathrooms. A home repair request can ask for photos. A real estate request can ask about budget and timing.
Can customers upload photos or files?
Yes. Customers can upload photos, PDFs, or other files when that helps your team quote or respond faster. File size limits depend on your plan.
What if someone leaves halfway through?
On Pro plans and above, Trigglio saves the details they already gave. Even an unfinished request can still give your team a name, phone number, and reason to call.

What counts as a customer chat?
One customer opening the chat and exchanging messages counts as one customer chat, even if they send several messages.

Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use PostgreSQL with row-level security. Your content is never shared between accounts or used to train AI models.
Where is data stored?
Data is stored on secure, SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. Contact us for specific data residency requirements.
Can customers see other customers' chats?
No. Each chat is private. A customer only sees their own messages during that visit.
Do you comply with GDPR?

How do team alerts work?
When a customer needs a person, Trigglio sends your team the question, the chat history, and any contact details it collected so nobody has to dig around.
Can I send customer details to my customer list or CRM?
Yes. Zapier and webhooks can send saved customer details to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, FollowUpBoss, or other systems your team already uses.
Is there an API?
Yes. Business and Scale plans include API access for teams that want a custom connection.
