Common questions
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a chat session between a visitor and your AI agent. Send as many messages as you want within a conversation—they all count as one. If a visitor returns within 24 hours, they continue the same conversation. After 24 hours, a new conversation starts. Your conversation count resets each billing cycle.
What counts as a form response?
Each time someone submits your form, that's one response. Your responses reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you pay the difference right away. When you downgrade, it takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What if I hit my limit?
We'll let you know when you're getting close. If you go over, you can upgrade or wait until next month when your limits reset.
Do unused conversations or responses carry over?
No. They reset each month. Use them or lose them.
Is there really no credit card required?
Really. The free plan is free forever. We only ask for payment info when you upgrade to a paid plan.
