When someone leaves their name, phone number, job, timing, location, or notes, that counts as saved customer details. The count resets each billing cycle.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you pay the difference right away. When you downgrade, it takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What if I hit my limit?
