A customer chat starts when someone uses the chat box on your website. They can send as many messages as they need in that chat. Your chat count resets each billing cycle.
What counts as saved customer details?
When someone leaves their name, phone number, job, timing, location, or notes, that counts as saved customer details. The count resets each billing cycle.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you pay the difference right away. When you downgrade, it takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What if I hit my limit?
We'll let you know when you're getting close. If you go over, you can upgrade or wait until next month when your limits reset.
Do unused chats or saved details carry over?
No. They reset each month. Use them or lose them.
Is there really no credit card required?
Really. The free plan is free forever. We only ask for payment info when you upgrade to a paid plan.
